It gives me great pleasure to welcome your community to The GreenPlan.
I often think of the phrase ‘the power of one’ and I think of how many times people have thought to themselves ‘what can I do’ or ‘can I make a difference’. The GreenPlan is a terrific opportunity for the individual to put a team together and for that team to take relatively easy actions that all join up to reduce emissions. The more communities that join up, the faster we can see real measurable impact and real results.
The GreenPlan has Seven Themes or key focus areas, activated by a series of community led activities. Once the activities are complete you will have drawn down more than 1 tonne of CO2 from the atmosphere and had fun along the way. You will also have joined our Community and planted native trees.
